To post a property for sale in the lists, please register using your e-mail address as your user name and a password of your choice. The ‘Add new’ option in the main list page opens a form for your property. We recommend adding several photos and a basic description with your contact preference for buyers to arrange a viewing.

The first month on the site is free and further months are charged at £10 per property. For your property to remain on the web site after one month, you must enter a subscription following the Pay Pal link below..

The standard registration form includes detailed options and these may be ommited if not relevent. Photographs are added by selecting images from your computer and these should be no more than 400kb in size. Photographs can be downsized with most picture editing programmes and we recommend .jpeg fomat.

As you gain interest from purchasers, a Domestic Energy Survey (EPC) will be required. New goverment regulations have eliminated the unpopular HIP requirement.
